No hard sales at all. No pushing you . When the crew came to fit the panels wow they were absolutely amazing, all knew their jobs , and they all just cracked on, we had a bit of a problem with our immersion, spoke to Ash all sorted. Could not of been more helpful.  Everything was left very neat and tidy. From start to finish everyone has been polite, respectful, very respectful of our property and also our pets. I had some questions again today and spoke to Ash, again he couldn’t have been more helpful. Also the young electrician put the app on for me. Just so so helpful. . Right from the start of meeting Gary, and his staff,  they were helpful, honest, very tidy and neat when fitting the batteries, and communication was great, if the box  wasn't there I would not have known they had recrntly fitted it on 18/5/2026 I can only say that it was a five star experience all the way through it. One company didn’t even turn up, and among the others who did, Gary who is the owner of GLANtech stood out as the most professional and knowledgeable.
Unlike some companies that tried to sell us systems we didn’t need, Gary genuinely listened to what we were after, which was refreshing. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and he kept us informed every step of the way. Although GLANtech is a newly established business, everything Gary promised has been delivered exactly as stated. Everyone has to start somewhere, and my husband and I felt completely confident moving forward with him.
Gary also took the time to explain how everything works and has been very responsive to any follow up questions we have had.  The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises.
